These Terms govern the use of Veyskap Clip Studio, a Windows desktop application for creator-focused video analysis, editing assistance and connected publishing workflows.
1. Use of the application
You may use Veyskap Clip Studio to analyze media you are authorized to use, prepare edits, connect supported third-party accounts and initiate publishing actions.
2. Your content and accounts
You retain responsibility for the videos, recordings, metadata and social accounts you use with the application. You must have the rights and permissions required to process and publish that content.
3. Third-party platforms
Features that connect to YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram or other services are subject to those platforms' own terms, policies, API rules and availability. Veyskap Clip Studio is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms unless explicitly stated.
4. Publishing control
The application is designed to give the creator control over publishing. A connected account does not authorize unrestricted posting. Publishing actions are initiated or approved through the creator workflow.
5. Prohibited use
- Do not use the application to publish content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass third-party platform security, access controls or API restrictions.
- Do not use the application for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
6. Availability
The application and integrations may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Third-party API changes may affect individual features without notice.
7. No guarantee of platform approval or reach
Use of the application does not guarantee that content will be accepted, published, monetized, distributed or recommended by any connected platform.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application and integrations evolve. The current version will be published on this page.
