Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Veyskap Clip Studio handles information when a creator uses the Windows desktop application and its connected-platform features.
1. Information used by the application
Depending on the features you use, the application may process local video files, livestream recordings, generated clips, project metadata, configuration settings and basic connected-account identity information returned by authorized third-party APIs.
2. OAuth and account authorization
Supported social accounts are connected through the platform's official OAuth authorization flow. Veyskap Clip Studio does not ask for or store your TikTok, Instagram, Kick, YouTube or other social-platform password.
3. OAuth tokens and application credentials
Where supported by the Windows desktop build, sensitive OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally using Windows-protected storage. They are used only to perform actions that the creator has authorized through the application.
4. TikTok integration
When TikTok is connected, the application may request basic account information so the creator can verify which account is connected. Content Posting API permissions may be used to upload or publish creator-approved video clips. Veyskap Clip Studio does not use TikTok permissions to collect unrelated data.
5. Other connected platforms
For YouTube, Kick, Instagram and other supported platforms, the application requests only permissions required for the enabled integration. Available permissions and functionality may change as platform APIs evolve.
6. Local media processing
Video projects and generated media may be stored on the creator's local computer. Certain AI features may send the minimum data required to configured AI providers when the creator enables those features.
7. Sharing of information
Veyskap Clip Studio does not sell personal information. Information is shared with third-party APIs only as necessary to provide a feature requested or configured by the creator.
8. Data retention and removal
Creators can disconnect supported accounts and remove local application data. Third-party platforms may retain data according to their own policies after an account is disconnected.
9. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce exposure of sensitive credentials, including local secure storage where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the application gains new integrations or changes how information is processed. The current version will remain available on this page.
